  23. The book is not sold out.  The book is brand new and has not even appeared
  24. in American bookstores yet.  It is available right now from the Icon
  25. Project, and it can be ordered on-line from www.peer-to-peer.com.  It can
  26. also be ordered from www.amazon.com, but it only just appeared there and
  27. they don't have it in stock yet.

  29. My uneducated guess is that it should start appearing in stores in the next
  30. 2-3 months.  If you don't want to wait for the retail book distribution
  31. channel, I would order it from Icon Project!
